Situated on 12 Ha of prime oceanfront property on Mactan Island, the Emerald Bay Resort and Casino is the first large-scale, gaming-anchored hospitality development outside the Philippines capital, Manila. Designed by leading international consultants, the property will rival the casinos of Manila’s burgeoning entertainment city and elsewhere in the Asian region in terms of grandeur, scale and amenities.
Ground was broken on the project in 2017 and the first phase is scheduled to open in 2020. It is envisioned to be the ultimate business and leisure destination in the region offering 830 all-suite rooms, a penthouse, a royal suite and five ultra-luxurious villas. The development will also include themed retail outlets, an activity centre and extensive food and beverage offerings, all in a beach resort setting.
