We are engaged by our owner clients to work with them from the inception stage, initially to establish the key development parameters and a clear project definition that will meet the overall objectives of the venture. This stage normally includes the evaluation of alternative development concepts and their associated opportunities and risks.

We work with owners, their in-house teams, boards, funders and other advisors to shape the development strategy and implementation plan and to focus on the key risks and challenges of the project. Our appointment as representative of the owner for the project implementation ensures our commitment and dedication to the achievement of a successful outcome that meets all of the objectives agreed with the owner.

The management of projects is extremely challenging. Project management is where the business started in 2010 and it remains our core service.

Programme management is the heart of a project and ensures its successful delivery. Planning is a critical component and requires continuous refinement through the delivery lifecycle.
