Such a volume of collaborations has distilled a keen understanding of the sector’s challenges and issues – from the perspective of both the tenant and the operator. The strong design aspect of our management has been important in delivering solutions.

Increasing wealth in China and the volume of outbound mainland Chinese tourists has dramatically altered the nature of retail properties in recent times – particularly in Asia. tpm has had extensive experience with the high-end brands preferred by this market, and the high level of design they require.
